Pre linen backing condition: Poster
had lots of creases, tears, smudges and small areas of paper loss
along most fold lines and creases, tears, smudges and areas of paper
loss around the edges of the poster. Restorer painted over almost
all of the solid white background areas and in looking it has had
much paint restoration in those areas. Bad restoration needs to be
restored. |

had very tiny paper loss at the cross folds and some creases,
smudges, and scuffs on some fold lines. Creases, smudges, faint
stains, and pinholes around the edges of the poster plus two areas
of paper loss in the top corners. Overall, the poster was in very
good condition prior to linen backing. |
